1. Candidate white dwarfs from the Rowell & Hambly (2011) SuperCosmos Sky Survey paper (blue symbols)
   1. r=16.5-17.5
   2. Preferably in the DES footprint
2. Gautham Narayan's white dwarf sample (mag <= 19.0) (red symbols)
3. ATLAS sample (ugr-color and proper motion selected; aim for Teff >= 20,000K) (green symbols)
4. GALEX-supplemented samples (not shown in figure)
5. For cross-comparison: Spectroscopically confirmed DA white dwarfs from other telescopes/programs (not shown in figure)
